Pest Update
June 3, 2009
Due to the detection of an EAB infestation in St. Paul, MN, the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) has placed an emergency quarantine on Ramsey and Hennepin Counties in Minnesota. Both counties were quarantined due to the proximity of the infestation to the border between Ramsey and Hennepin counties. This quarantine was enacted to prevent human-assisted movement of EAB to other parts of the state.
